A Hairstyle to Keep You Cool

We're being welcomed into spring with a heat wave this week! Stay cool with a rope twist braid, one of Sherry's go-to hairstyles that are quick and easy.

How to do it:
Split your hair in two and twist one strand towards your face and the other away from your face, then wrap around each other and repeat.

Prep your hair with a water-based leave-in treatment like Staying.Alive from Kevin Murphy and use a light cream like Easy.Rider to smooth your strands as you create the braid.

We had a special edition of LOVESTEADY on March 14th where we celebrated Women's History Month in collaboration with A Window Between Worlds. We invited the community to decorate a hand with words of encouragement and reminders to add to our mandala. Thank you to everyone who participated!
